Breakfast of Champions!

So this morning's new and improved breakfast was one of my favorites: 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt topped with a half cup of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal, 1/2 sliced banana and a tsp of honey drizzled on top.  I wish I had remembered to take a picture of it but I was too excited and hungry, ha!  This is the Kashi GoLean Crunch I like the best, btw:

I like the fact that it has the added flax and it's already a little sweet.  Very delicious!

Breakfast's total: Calories: 365     Carbs: 70g     Fat: 5g     Protein:  16g    Fiber:   7g

Okay, one meal down!  Onward to lunch!!
