Thanksgiving Leftover Turnovers

So you've got leftovers. Leftover turkey, casseroles and of course, dressing. Other than the obligatory massive Every Single Leftover In The Fridge Sandwich, what do you do with them? I mean, there’s always Reheat and Eat but c’mon, don’t you want more than that? I do. So do this: get yourself some puff pastry or phyllo dough (puff pastry is MUCH easier, just a heads up) and make yourself some flaky Thanksgiving Leftover Turnovers.

You heard me. Turnovers. You’re going to put some chopped up turkey, dressing (BREAD ON BREAD ACTION!) and a little chicken stock into a bowl, season it up and then MAKE A TURNOVER OUT IT. You can add cranberry sauce if you want. I added cheddar to some for The Kid. My favorite? That crazy good Green Bean and Artichoke Casserole mixed with a little turkey (pictured above). Bake ‘em at 375 for 15 minutes and you’ve got yourself some crispy, flaky, yummy Thanksgiving goodness you can hold in your hand. And that's (wait for it...wait...for...it...) pretty hand-y. Hahahaha! Killin' mahself.

I’ve got one in my hand right now and I can still type and everything.
