|Juicy Sirloin Steaks with Homemade Peppercorn Marinade ~|
There is peppery goodness running all through that steak.
½ cup soy sauce
¼ red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped into large pieces
2 Teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a large ziptop bag. Add the steak(s) of your choice and seal tightly. Place the bag into a dish large enough to allow it to lie flat and place in the fridge. This should marinate for at least 2 hours, the max being 24. Turn halfway through your preferred marinating time.
Grill/cook to your liking. Gobble it up.
